The pen is a no. Skips badly. The brow freeze is superb! Used with Artis Elite brush, I finally have control of my bad brow hair. I can actually brush them up and they stay enabling me to beautifully add hair strokes. I am in love!

I bought this exact kit a month ago, only in dark brown. It was a tad bit dark for me so I bought this one to use instead. Rather than doing that, I mix both together and WOW, can't get better!
