runs small in the bust, size up ( for reference im a small c cup- have to return and get a medium )

I am a S normally, because of bustier style knew I would size up. Bought a M, I'm a 34/36 D depending. Would only zip up 1/2 way, with a 2 to 3 inch gap. Not even sure an XL will work bc baggy at the bottom. Sad top is good quality

I ordered my usual size M, I am a 34c or 36B. Although my measure is in between at a 35 inches. This top had a gap of at least 3 inches. I am 165lbs and 5 5. Also, it had way more pleats in the front than could be seen on the model.
