I love these patches! I typically have such a hard time falling and staying asleep. I've tried melatonin and various sleepy teas... they haven't worked as well as these awesome patches!
I bought this with the Awake patch when a friend mentioned them to me, since I have trouble falling asleep AND waking up. I seriously didn't believe it would help since I have tried just about everything, but honestly I think it worked! Gonna keep buying them and definitely worth trying if sleep is an issue.
