I don't know how to rate these honestly. I love them! Wanted them so badly but they run insanely small. I am typically a true small or 26 in most shorts. I have an athletic build with a bigger butt and thighs however these are tiny. I sized up to a medium and still couldn't comfortably put them on. There is no stretch but quality is great. Going to reorder an XL ..

Obsessed! They run a bit small (I normally wear XS and the size S fits) but otherwise great.
