I really wanted to love these but unfortunately the shaft was too narrow for my athletic calves making the fit down right awkward. I rarely have issues with fitting my calves into boots, so I think these run more narrow than normal. As far as foot size goes, I'm normally 8.5-9 but 8.5 almost always in heels, and other Raye heels and these were snug in the foot so I'd recommend sizing up.
