1/2 size up minimum the brocade is really thickdoesn't give if you have thicker calves they may not be for you ... but they are comfortableabsolutely gorgeous & you'll get lots of compliments !

These are the cutest boots ever!! And, despite the four-inch heel, they are pretty comfortable. I wore them out on a date with skinny jeans and walked around for about an hour and they were comfortable. They would also be cute with a mini skirt in the summer. I like that they are taller than other tall bootsthey come up to my mid thigh. I normally wear a size 8.5, but had to size up a half size to a size 9. The size 9 fits perfectly. I was worried that the boot may not stay up, but I didn't have any problems.
